We aim to provide high-quality services and take utmost care of your items; however, certain risks are inherent in the cleaning and repair process.

Damage Disclaimer: While we exercise the highest level of care, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by:
- Pre-existing conditions, such as weak fabric, stains, or damage.
- Delicate fabrics that react unpredictably to standard cleaning methods.
Items Unfit for Cleaning: If an item is deemed unsuitable for cleaning due to its condition or material, we reserve the right to refuse service.
Repair Limitations: Repairs are carried out to the best of our ability; however, outcomes may vary depending on the item’s condition.

While we strive for precision, not all keys may be duplicable due to manufacturer restrictions or advanced security features.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the original key is in good working condition before requesting duplication.

All prices are subject to change and may vary depending on item type, condition, or additional services required.
Payment is required at the time of drop-off unless agreed otherwise.

Items must be collected within 30 days of completion. Uncollected items may be donated or disposed of after this period.
A valid receipt or proof of identity is required for item collection.

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to ten times the service cost for the affected item.
For high-value items, customers are advised to notify us at the time of drop-off and consider additional insurance.

Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed, as some stains are permanent or may worsen with treatment.
By entrusting us with your items, you accept that certain outcomes may be outside our control.

Refunds or service adjustments will only be provided if a complaint is made within 7 days of collection.

Customer information is collected solely for service purposes and is not shared with third parties unless legally required.

For items or services not listed, we will provide a custom quote. Acceptance of this quote constitutes agreement to these terms.
